what if all of the sustainer's shenanigans were actually just a way to put the spotlight on her as "the villain" but in reality she kept the twins on Teyvat because Teyvat will crucially need them at one point. What I'm trying to say is: she intentionaly made herself the bad guy, because why in the hell would she release them after and let Aether wake up years and years after his sister? Or is she already dead, killed by another deity that is much stronger than the archons? This could explain why the Tsaritsa is doing what she's doing without being stopped by the one who set and sustains all principles.
