If you are asking a question with an intent to only welcome the answers that feel nice, it's better to not ask at all. You cannot manifest growth, success and improvement if you don't appreciate knowing the truth, and have a preference towards only accepting the feedback that's full of praise and applauds. You become your own roadblock on your path towards growth and success by only wanting to hear the pleasant feedback rather than the true input. Even if its unpleasant but useful for your growth. Genuine and honest feedback may not always sound pleasant but it will take you closer to the truth that you need to know to be better. And why would you want someone's pity anyway by expecting them to be nice rather than honest with you? Honest can be nice too. Nice isn't always guaranteed to be honest though. REASON 3: It challenges YOU.When you are working on something that makes you hungry for answers, new skills, solving a complication despite the challenges, it helps you grow as you strive to solve the puzzle.

REASON 4: It completes YOU.When a task makes you feel complete, like it is a part of who you are and who you want to be, you within are going to feel more you, more empowered at each step of the way.

REASON 5: It rewards YOU.Things that instil excitement, dare, drive and fulfilment from within always feel like a reward. Although the feeling of completing is a massive reward, even the process feels like an ongoing gift.
