“that’s not true.” sage said softly unable to make eye contact. “i have you when you aren’t with jiwoo, yujin, minha, or any of the other girls you’re out on dates with.” she shakes her head in defeat. “i have you when i’m the last option when you couldn’t make a date in time and you have no one else to go bother. i’m constantly feeling alone because of you i don’t believe you when you say you aren’t going anywhere jin..” she rubs her eyes trying to prevent herself from crying. “i just feel like i’m on my own all the time and you only add to it and it’s not fair you’re supposed to be my best friend.. i miss how things used to be.”

their arrangement may have not been ideal to yiyang but misumi was kind enough and at least she wasn’t greedy or rude. he figured he might as well give her a genuine chance after all it wasn’t like she asked for this either. after a pleasant night out at dinner it felt odd for them to go to different bedrooms hence him coming to tap on her door. when he tells her how he was feeling and she invited him to sleep in there he smiled nodding. “only if you will sleep beside me.” he said with a small nod. “it could be nice, we could stay up and talk all night like they do at sleep overs.” he chuckles.
