When we don’t sleep well, everything changes! It directly affects our eating patterns, our brain functions and can lead to diseases 🤒 like diabetes, obesity, and even cancer. It can also shoot stress levels, make us feel fatigued, and make us easily irritable about anything 😤. ⠀ ⠀ You’ve probably asked yourself a million times which are the motives that inhibit you from sleeping well, and here we bring six possible answers that have a lot to do with your habits at home:⠀ ⠀ 🔵 Your room is too warm 🔥: This, of course, will bother you as it has been proven that cooler temperatures ❄️ make us sleep better, so maybe it’s a good time to get a fan or turn on your A/C.⠀ ⠀ 🔵 You drank caffeine after 3 pm: A cup of coffee in the afternoon sounds about right ☕️ but… it’ll keep you active until very late!
