Laughter has been coming to her much more easily this evening, it seems every other minute she finds something new to grin and breathe out a tired laugh at. Even as she holds the cigarette out to Nathaniel, her teeth are digging into her lower lip with that same crooked grin on her face, something about the very idea of sharing this last breath of bliss in a cigarette with him having yet another little huff of a laugh escaping her.

Holding her head up while she reaches over to him proves to be too much effort and so she lets her head fall lazily against the back of the loveseat, spurring yet another breathless little laugh from her as she rolls her head against it and practically nuzzles into it. It appears this is flirting, though it may not seem like it yet the coyness of her little smile says otherwise. The smile only grows when his lips twitch, immediately knowing exactly what it means and she bites her lip harder as he takes that final drag, her eyes lighting up despite how lidded they are. 

Risible as she is, she sobers up some as he kneels over her though some soft laughs still escape her even as he catches her cheek, her head lifting to meet him eagerly and her eyes growing ever darker. Even as he kisses her, there is a laugh on her lips as they part, unable to be completely serious right now no matter how she tries--though truthfully, she does not want to be. Yet the laughter dies long enough to breathe in the shared smoke for herself with an appreciative, soft moan. Her hand lifts, feeling heavier than usual, and cups his cheek as she pulls away to look up at him with that same dazed smile still on her face. 

“You spoil me.” She murmurs, patting his cheek perhaps a little heavily and bumping their noses together perhaps a little clumsily.

so much work and love and care is put into jazz’s writing for magpie and it’s so beautiful! the way everything is described from her perspective is so poetic and imaginative and gorgeous, especially the way she describes what the people magpie interacts with’s emotions look like and how they bloom and grow with the other muse’s feelings it’s just. so good, ugh. i love it so much.

jazz is such a sweetheart! a delightful little aussie who we both bully mercilessly but for some reason she’s been putting up with it for the last like, 2 years. god bless.

magpie is also such a sweetheart! a precious little baby birb who somehow found these two grumpy birbs and decided she was keeping them. i love her so much and she hurts my heart a whole bunch and i just want to protect her and make sure she’s okay and no bad emotions and vibes come anywhere near her.

she’s sO FUNNY TOO. i love how funny magpie can be, with the wee observations and things she comes out with. she bewilders grizelda so much and just brings me so much joy, i love it so much.

she’s just such a wonderfully imaginative and beautiful character and i love her sfm. thank you jazz for bringing her to life you lil cupcake <3

SUCH. A. GOOD. IDEA. it’s just so good. SO FRICKING GOOD. it’s like something john waters wrote following a fever dream after being bedridden with malaria for several weeks. and i love it. like vampires are so often put into the sexy mysterious category and here rollo made it gross!! GROSS!! and again, i love it. it’s disgusting but it’s hilarious. come on, a vampire allergic to blood? fucking genius. i’m in awe.

he’s so well cast! i love it so much, his FC is literally so perfect and fits him SO WELL. i love when OCs and their FCs TRULY click and work, it’s the best ever. and i mean my childhood crush on da.vid kru.mhol.tz that rollo unfortunately learned about doesn’t hurt

levi himself is hilarious. his snark, his observations on life, his internal monologue cracks me the hell up. he knows his life sucks but he makes it work. also the gratuitous yiddish makes it all even better.

it’s just honestly such a joy to have this blog on my dash, i love reading the posts and having a wee giggle

OH FUCK I THOUGHT OF ANOTHER ONE (also pLS feel free to disregard any of these you don't like ofc): when she was younger and with Constance and Mathilda, they had goats, and she loved taking care of the mamas and ESPECIALLY the baby goats. (I'm really crying about these wee fuzzy baby goats climbing all over Grizelda and chewing on her dresses and bleating in her face help)
