There's nothing stating who it's from or where it came from, but there is curiously a package left for Kyogre. The package isn't very festive looking but there is a seashell themed hairclip in it, and a note saying 'merry mewmas'. (unrestrainedlightning)

That was weird... a package left on her doorstep, with no indication of who or where it came from? Kyogre took it inside and opened it up, seeing the note didn’t have a name on it... curious. The seashell hairclip was carefully taken from the box, the ocean goddess turning it over in her hands. It seemed fine enough, and Kyogre would clip it into her hair before looking herself over in the mirror, smiling at herself. “Wow! How does she do it? How does she look so flawless and beautiful all the time?!”
