Happy aromantic spectrum awareness week! Aromanticism is a valid part of the community and comes in a spectrum of different romantic identities! Aromantic doesn’t mean they are completely unopen to the romantic aspect of relationships.
Happy Black Queer History Week! Black queer individuals have played a vital role in advocacy and overall culture in the queer community for decades. A lot of slang terms, identities, and cultural practices/activities have had influence from the black queer community. And many areas in the USA and other countries have also flourished due to the individuals who bravely continued to be themselves. There are many black queer figures we celebrate for their advocacy work and refusal to conform to heteronormative societal norms. Thank you all for your hard work!
To continue hyping up our Queer Literature Festival, we are happy to announce our Short Story Contest for the event!
