Home?
Someone asked me to describe home, and I almost said your name but I stayed quiet instead; people expect you to say a damn place, but I felt more home in your two arms, that I ever in my own house.

I moved my bed around ninety degrees in an attempt to make my desk look more appealing (so I can literally roll out of bed and be facing that general direction.) Of course, I discovered an outlet that's right next to my bed, right where the wall deepens by about two inches, so ya know, easily accessible. My laptop cord is now plugged into that outlet. So is my phablet. And I mean, to be honest, if I had fallen asleep already and NOT have had my laptop/phone luring me in with those bright, lit screens, I might not (read: definitely wouldn't) have downloaded all the software I need in order to successfully work from home tomorrow. Because 1) it will be snowing and therefore a disaster wasteland of ice and metal outside, and 2) my ovaries and I are at war again, 2k15.
Let's make this queen my office!
Who's there?
Who's there?
There was a knock at the door. She walked over to the front door and threw it open. She stood there, framed by the door, peering out into the darkness. Shrugging she shut the door and returned to her chair. As she sat she heard another knock. This time she checked the back door. Nothing.
Sighing, she shut the curtains and turned on the lights as she passed.
She sat down and heard the knocking again. This time she turned and faced the mirror. Her reflection stared back, eyes wide with fear as she pounded her fists on the glass.
