Game of similarities

Man, I missed K/L dynamics and the fact that season 7 is basically reversed season 1 (mixed with other seasons) still gives me hope for their interaction in the future. (Btw, feel free to add more, if there’s anything to add - I’d like to know what you guys discovered. I’m sorry if there is a post similar to this one, but I just want to point those things out...).

s1: Lance is talking about “a line from his favorite movies”. s7: “You watch too many movies, Lance.”

s1: Lance playfully teases Keith (attention! I need attention!). s7: Keith playfully teases Lance (yes, playfully. He was about to go, yet he added “Don’t miss”. He KNOWS Lance is a good sniper).

s1-3: Lone Wolf Keith. s4-7: Lone Wolf Lance.

s1: Bonding Moment (Lance denies it, Keith is not happy). s7: Bonding Moment 2.0 (Keith denies it, Lance is not happy. Keithy boy, if you didn’t want to spend eternity with Lance, you should’ve just choose yourself).

s1: Lance denies his feelings for Keith (?) (crush?) s7: Lance denies his feelings for Allura (!) (definitely crush, but former???).

s1: Lance blushes at Allura, flirts a lot, she gives 0 fucks from s1-s6. s7: Allura blushes at Lance, boy is hella confused.

s1: Lance and Keith - Neck and neck. s7: Lance and Keith - Back to back. (this is hella important!!!).

Keith: “Being part Galra is a big deal.” Lance: “He’s half Galra...”

Lance before: Is called dumb, Keith likes it (teasing). Lance now: Is called dumb, Keith doesn’t like it (Bob - a jerk).

Will they end up together? I don’t know, man, ask Lance. He called Keith “the future”.

Do they have a chance to become best friends? I don’t know, man, ask Lance. He told us that love is about finding your best friend.

I am not telling you that something will DEFINITELY happen between those two. I just think that I have the right to believe, even if people gave up. That’s why I am not leaving the fandom just yet. Call me an optimist, or maybe “boo boo the fool” (hey, hi, hello, @the-red-paladins! I’m joining this ride, count me in <3), one (not that bad) season can’t kill my hope.

K/L is - and will be - a big a thing for me, cannon or not.
