Im so tired of these people and the fact is she know his name is Mamoru but getting upset they are saying it " wrong" so she'll rather call him Darien but heres the kicker.
She spell Darien wrong..
So how can you sit here and say they should have use Darien instead of Mamoru in the viz dub when you can't even spell it right?.
Ash is a nickname and literally comes from the letters from Satoshi name. Also Satoshi is actually is a real person who is the creator of Pokémon that he even calls himself ash.
It is not the same and people are not getting it.
Ash is a nickname of Satoshi.
Satoshi minus the s,t,o,i but keeping the a,s,h equals Ash.
Darien is not a Nickname of Mamoru.
Its like Tai is a nickname of Taichi.
Mina is a nickname of Minako.
Kari is a nickname of Hikari.
