For some of you life is beautiful at times. For me, it’s beautiful all the time. Every day is a blessing. Every minute passed and second counted is just one more piece of a happy world going by. 

They say that traumas shape our perceptions of life. While this is true, if we learn to let go of these traumas, and make them un-traumatic moments that have long left us, then we can continue on the sunny path to find what is after this lifetime. There has to be more, right? 

Mindfulness, is the key to progressing in the right direction towards a live filled with less baggage and weight from that baggage on the shoulders, and find yourself in more positive surroundings. 

Hang with wiser people than you because life is one long classroom full of lessons.
