In 8 days I’ll be moving out of the room which has acted as my home for the past year.
In my first year at uni I’ve faced so many challenges and jumped about a million miles out of my comfort zone and I’m proud of that. I’ve lived slap bang in the middle of a bustling campus, sharing a room with my best friend, who I met the day we moved in together.
The campus has been a living beauty to exist in, I’ve never been so close to so many birds and I’m going to miss their obnoxiously loud wake up calls.
I’m itching to start the new academic year- in August I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend and best friend into a perfect little house, but despite the stale 70s exterior, I really will miss my lil room and the lil life i’ve built around it.
