I have successfully gone through everything remaining from the game!

Some changes happened, not gonna lie. For one, Therese and Seth have been switched from RO to POI. I just couldn't fit in their romance to the outline when reading through, as sad as it might be. They'll still be in the game, but as supporting characters instead! The rest are still available for romance if that's something you desire.

The plot will stay much the same, although the big bad has changed.

More emphasis on sleuthing and finding clues instead of a rather linear chain of discovery. Feels like there's more at stake like that.

And that's it for now! It feels amazing to be back, and I'll probably do some srb here and there to bring some life to the blog.

Asks are open again for any inquiries you might have about the characters or anything else on your chest, and I'll be off to start writing this thing anew. Twine, brace yourself for an absolute noob coming your way.

( #2017squad ). i had a LOT of pkmn rp blogs tbh. ( more than 10 ) but I actually PREFER that if you do know me from my old blogs that you DON’T say anything cause i have disassociated myself from my old name & actively avoid certain people. if you know who i am, yes, i am very much alive and i really do think the pkmn rpc is absolute trash. if you still don’t realise it’s me its probably cause you’re either new or you knew me from another blog. 

either way. i just want y’all to know that, yea, im okay and fine. i am just no associated with the pkmn rpc any longer.

Thank you to those who were concerned for me last night and everything. I'm sorry if I worried anyone, but I'm doing much better now! I just got really stressed and anxious and general so I think it caused muscle tensions and pains and all that, but I'm just gonna try to take the day off today and relax a bit. So drafts and the starters will be a little late so I hope that's okay! <3

Rejoice! Lay your eyes upon the new update header!

What does it mean, I hear you ask.

It means that I finally got a new computer! A laptop, so nothing restricts me from traversing my city and getting some writing done at wherever I find myself.

This also means that I can start my game anew, since no code exists anymore. I'll learn twine as I go, and so the writing will be super slow to begin with. Gotta shed that ingrained code I worked with in ChoiceScript.

This also means I'll engage with you all more, mostly here since I have no other platforms anymore, so hit me up with anything!

Hello everyone!

Awful thing to update when it doesn't promise an update on the demo, but I feel like I owe y'all an explanation why I can't update you on the progress.

So my house burned down. Insert laughing emoji. My insurance covers a lot, but I couldn't insure the code on my crispy computer, from whence the fire started. Rude, I know, right? Look at me being in a catatonic state for a month afterwards.

So updates on both the demo and tumblr will be heavily delayed until I get 1) a new computer, and 2) get back to the point where my code was at acceptable lengths. RIP 15k of code and words. I cry.

But the project is still alive and well! Not abandoned, just set back by the situations! I'm still passionate, and life can't kill my project that easily!

Me earlier this month: oh a few new followers on game blog?? Celebration in order!!

Okay but no, I'm absolutely ecstatic to see you all here! I know I made a celebratory post earlier but maN did I jump the gun. I meant every word though.

I still never thought the game would get this amount of traction, but all the reblogs, likes, and added tags fill my heart with such joy I might just cry a little. Okay, a lot. It's an inspiration, and knowing that there are people eager to hop on the demo has pushed my writing forward, and thus I only have a tiny bit of chapter two left. And editing. A metric fuck-ton of editing.

And finishing will take time, but I'll do my best to give you regular updates on the progress!

For now, since I can't offer you a demo just yet, I'll be posting character profiles instead! Just small ones, I can't go revealing all secrets at once, now can I?
