Idk much about the 80s turtles but to my knowledge mikey was rich... But very overweight
2003 has sainw and well... He died
2012 had the mutant apocalypse and while Mikey lived he's very sickly,and also he's looking like he's pretty crazy
And the whole plot of rise has someone coming from the future to save the world... And mikey dying to open a portal to the past
But i could be very wrong and maybe there are some other healthy future versions of the turtles
