So lately I've been so busy with school I haven't been able to ride. But since it's spring break, I've been able to this week! However, our first couple rides in the beginning were terrible. I asked my friend at the stables (she used to substitute for my old trainer at my first stables I rode at in my lessons) to help me out and give some pointers. Within 20 minutes she had Ben and I at an awesome trot and he was stretching and I was holding the buckle. He hasn't gone around like that in literally two years!! Just such an amazing feeling. I have the best horse ever
