stupid story: while reading the upd8 i also had a nautical theme flash game open in another tab which had music but i didn't realize because i had never turned the volume up while playing it so when i checked out the upd8 and turned up the volume i thought the music was part of homestuck and i was nearly to the end of the update before i realized what was going on. the end.
