After the storm there is always calm. We have to learn to stay in calm and observe, and that’s the power of storms, they take us to extremes where we have to find different resources to survive, where we have to develop the inner peace in order to be able to act. I am grateful for so many beautiful words I received yesterday when I expressed I was having a difficult time. Yesterday was the peak of the mountain and fortunately now I am walking down from it. I had some time to reflect and put aside everything else for some moments and I was able to finally find equanimity. I’m grateful for my life, for my path with its duties, for my supportive and conscious partner, for my unconditional and loving mother and for all the people in my life. I embrace challenges and crisis because it is there when we can learn and grow the most. #yogaisequanimity #padmasana #luanafarayoga #upeksa https://www.instagram.com/p/BmgLjrunYGH/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ar3kv9k2q3b
