Day 53 of daily yoga- today I just practiced some conditioning exercises to get into a handstand. It's a lot of forearm strength and using the shoulder blades. The head must be able to lift from the ground while you are in a headstand. So that's a lot to coordinate and think about. I want to try a mixture of Boho Beautiful's yoga workouts and intermediate yoga classes so I can try and uplevel my yoga skills. I'm ready. Hoping to get my first headstand by day 60. I know that's not too far away but if needed I'll move the goal-post ☺
