Hello everyone, 

My name is Jeff (HA HA yes that is a 22 Jump Street reference) anyways this is my new blog some of you may know me from one or two of my others which have nothing to do with this one in reality.

However, this blog is titled Spirit Lifter simply because for years I have lived with disabilities that have made my life difficult. I know in this picture I do not appear to suffer from disabilities. The purpose of this blog is to share some stories from my life related to things that I have overcome with the goal to help others who are struggling realize that anyone can navigate their way through a difficult time if you put your mind to it.  

Some shorter stories will be posted here however much of my longer content will be posted on my
