Today I went climbing for the first time since having Teddy!! I missed it so much! Couldn't go very long, but 5.8 is not too shabby for 8wks post c-section, so I'm proud of myself. 💪💪 (Plus I had to go home to feed a baby. Just another cool thing my body is up to right now. The #mombod is amazing and I appreciate it!) Hoping I'm not too sore to function tomorrow.
