huh 12 million is a lot for a lake house... but the land is quite large

I think it was a lot more than the one house though, these documents seem to mention other properties as well but yeah if it is just the one house, it’s still like 84 acres of land.

The directors of JJE33 Holdings are ML Management Partners. I googled the firm and they manage Ryan... Would that mean Blake/Ryan might own it?

i can only tell you what the documents tell me, but i find it weird that they aren’t listed as owners through their llc and if they do own it, why is the llc is for this john guy. who knows lol can’t work that one out.

It was confirmed in Twitter that that house now belongs to Blake and Ryan. If you look in Ryan’s IG, you can see pics of the property in the background of many photos, and the exterior of the house (same charcoal color as in Tay’s video. And I’m guessing the pics hr has with the dark wood paneling are from the interior. Soo guess they made some updates.

Who's to say that Blake and Ryan don't own this lake house too, as well as the other one they already have? 12 mill ain't much for them.

I don’t think they own it. this John person owns like all of south salem it seems lol i don’t think they own all of that property listed under the same LLC as this house. apparently they have used the same LLCs for a few of their houses, it wouldn’t make sense for them not to use it for this one if they did own it.
