Mix well with a little warm water until slightly stick consistency, shape into a ball, roll in a little more flour, place in frying pan (ideally cast iron with touch of coconut oil if necessary to stop it sticking) push down with fingers to make a flatish pancake shape about 3.33 mm thick, cook on low heat until golden brown each side. Total prep and cook time.
