❇️ Vegan Cookie Dough 😍 ▫️ Credit: ➡ @plantsforfit ▫️ In case you're looking for a yummy cookie dough recipe, here it is! ▫️ 👉 Ingredients: 🔵 1 ½ cups cooked Chickpeas 🔵 ¼ cup almond butter 🔵 3 ripe dates for more sweetness 🔵 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 🔵 3 tbsp Oat Flour 🔵 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, plus more to taste 🔵 ¼ cup dark Chocolate Chips 🔵 A pinch of Salt ▫️ 👉 Instructions: 📍 Add all ingredients, except for the Chocolate Chips, to a high-speed Blender or Food Processor. ♡Best vegan cookies♡ - - - This is a recipe I've been using for a long time, and I wrote it down in my notebook. I think I found this recipe on YouTube so if u find it someone where just know this isn't my own recipe!!! Hope you enjoy :) - - - Ingredients: 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup vegan butter 1 cup any sugar of your choice 1 tbsp vanilla 1/4 cup plant milk 2 cups flower 1 tsp baking Soda 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 to 1 cup vegan chocolate chips Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together the coconut oil, vegan butter, and sugar. Add vanilla and almond to this mixture. In a separate bowl, add the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate chips), and mix together. Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and combine. Stir in chocolate chips. Spray cooking spray (optional) onto baking sheet and at 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto sheet for each cookie. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 flax egg 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup crushed vegan pretzels. Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, prepare the flax egg by mixing ground flaxseed with water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream together vegan butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flax egg and vanilla extract to the creamed butter mixture, and mix until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Fold in vegan dark chocolate chips and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed throughout the dough. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Flatten each dough ball slightly with the palm of your hand and sprinkle the tops with coarse sea salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly firm. Ingredients: 1 can 13.5 oz full-fat coconut milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan cookie dough store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Put maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips that are made without animal products. Once the ice cream is smooth like soft serve, put it in a container that can go in the freezer and add chunks of vegan cookie dough. Put the ice cream in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. You can use bowls or cones to serve the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
