My Opinion on;

Character in general: Shade might be a giant, but it doesn’t take away from an interesting character. Listen, gonna be honest here. I’ve had a soft spot for Shade for ages. He’s clearly confident and suave, and loves to be in control, but he’s also a character that can fully partake in comedic situations without going too OOC.How they play them: The various dynamics between him and other characters show the great range he has without shoeboxing him into a certain’type’ of character. That in itself gives plenty of opportunity for exploring new ideas, and even AUs.The Mun: We haven’t spoken OOC too much, but they certainly seem quite nice. Plus, I love their art and it’s developed so much! :D

Do I:

RP with them: Yes! Except I’m certain I have single-handedly lost every thread we’ve done. D:Want to RP with them: If they can put up with the previous point! ;A; (and if he doesn’t squash Wilford again that’d be great…. Unless he deserves it. xD)

What is my;

Overall Opinion: Making the big switch from canon to OC is a very tricky task, but I think they have done a great job with Shade! Shade is clearly his own individual, and doesn’t suffer from losing that scaffolding. He’s still as charming as ever, and I just hope that he and the mun continue making progress, especially as they’re getting back into the swing of things here <3

@createsillusions (ugh. I have to write this whole damn thing again. I refreshed since I thought I had already posted this. If it seems particularly blunt, it’s because I’m annoyed at myself xD)

My Opinion on;

Character in general: In the duration of time I’ve known of Cam, he’s certainly calmed down, which is a relief. I like the connections to G.reek mythology, but how he’s also very much tied with the modern day. It is nice to see the way he interacts with people like Damien, where we wonder where his true alignments are. He can sit in the Mayor’s office, but can also turn around to help someone like M.ysterio. Truly, a man of mysteries.

How they play them: Cam is a character that could be riddled with a lot of cliched issues, but I think he’s doing just fine. They might be a young writer, but I think Kiwi has been taking the time to sharpen their skills over the last year and a bit, and that’s admirable. I haven’t seen much of Cam’s powers in action in my own threads, but I think that has been handled quite well so far.

The Mun: Kiwi’s a quirky kid. Eccentric, but well-meaning. I still think they need to work on a better sleeping programme. :P

What is my;

Overall Opinion: Cam has definitely mellowed in terms of drama, and that’s great.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: I’ve grown fond of Morgan over time. They’ve got this... I wanna say ‘spunkiness’ to them. Having them only set in the modern day with their link to W.KM only being unfortunate coincidence is a nice spin too. Even if the Viewer is a passive character, Morgan can stand their own ground, even after losing their voice. I do look forward to seeing more interactions and how those go.How they play them: The mun doesn’t let the passiveness of the viewer stop Morgan. The muse is able to be somewhat reckless and jovial, but also suffer with the consequences of being stuck in a loop. But this is an aside, rather than a major focus of their character, and I think that adds to the charm of Morgan. After all, they’re an individual who was in the right place at the wrong time.The Mun: I’ve only spoken to the mun in brief, but they seem really nice. 

Do I:

What is my;

Overall Opinion: Morgan is a character with really good potential. I think one of their biggest issues is the fact they are a smaller blog. If you have a chance, you ought to check them out.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: I can’t speak for all of them, since I only have written with two. I’ve never really written with Henriks, but I love how he’s shown as a man pushing to try and help others, no matter how difficult that might be. The way he has made it his mission to help Y.ancy is so admirable, but I hope he realises that Y.ancy is going to try and return the favour if he realises the pressure on Henrik’s shoulders. As for Marvin, I really wanna see what he’s found in Damien. :O

How they play them: Isaac’s inclusion of a tarot theme is a really clever way of defining the egos across the board and allowing people to see positives and negatives of each one. Sometimes, negative traits are afterthoughts, so having them encompassed like this helps relieve that worry. As with any multi-muse, there’s a struggle in making sure each ego has their own voice that can allowed them to be recognised without icons, and I think he’s hit that bullseye.

The Mun: I’m honestly delighted to see Isaac back after a hiatus, and it’s done him the world of good. He definitely seems more upbeat and enthusiastic for exploring ideas.

What is my;

Overall Opinion: I’m looking forward to seeing more of Isaac’s boys as time goes on. From threads that have appeared on the dash, they all have that nice depth to them that encourages curiosity. One thing I will emphasise (and I’m far as I’m aware you’ve been doing this) is to remember to take breaks and take care of yourself. You are still getting back into the rp hobby, so be careful not to burn yourself out, okay? <3

My Opinion on;

Character in general: You know another thing I love when it comes to writing? Depth of personality. Where someone is clearly one way, but they are another way. Georgie’s Dark hits the nail on the head. On one hand, he’s working on his big mission to tear Damien apart. But on the other hand, he’s confided in Damien about his intentions for a family. Not to mention a recent AU we’ve been working on that flips everything even more xD  It’s a difficult position to be in, since Dark is viewed in so many ways, but I think it’s achieved quite well.How they play them: This duality of nature really works well for Dark. It gives Georgie the advantage of being able to deliver the angst like they do best, but also allow Dark earn the trust of whoever he interacts with. Whether for possessive purposes (like with Damien, though Damien has thrown Dark and Georgie for a loop a few times), or for entirely selfish purposes (like with Y.ancy). However, they’re willing to throw Dark into more comedic or fluffy scenarios for the sole purpose of entertaining my silly ideas and that means a lot. The Mun: Where to start? Georgie and I have been working on stuff more over the last few weeks and months. They also fall under the category of ‘good kid’. Their ideas and lore are solid, but flexible enough to allow expansion and development.

What is my;

Overall Opinion: Take a deep breath, Georgie. You’re doing a great job. You don’t need to put yourself under such intense pressure all the time. It’s okay for things to be overlooked (it’s happened to me a million times before). That’s not a reflection on you as a writer, and I promise that’s the truth. You are much more than that. You have a great track record to this point, and I’ve seen it for myself. I know it’s easy for me to say... But give yourself a chance. Quality doesn’t mean quantity, and that isn’t a bad thing.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: The main character, Jade, seems interesting. However, the blog suffers from a lack of information, which will turn a lot of blogs away. Anything I have learned has been revealed through threads. That’s fine for a muse, but not for the mun. OCs can fall very easily through the cracks if no information at all can be found. At the least, a post with some of info tag giving all the required information - personal details, personality traits, bio, etc - would help alleviate that. Otherwise Jade comes off as a bit of a mystery, which is not always a good thing. How they play them: Without enough information to compare, it’s hard to know how accurate or loyal they are to their muse. However, Jade means a lot to the mun. They are willing to let them explore areas they are comfortable and unfamiliar with.The Mun: There’s little communication with the mun, but they seem nice and engaging with ideas and lore on other blogs.

What is my;

Overall Opinion: It’s clear you adore the muses on the blog, which is always a great relief to see. However, there’s still some work to be done, and ignoring this is putting you at a disadvantage. A lot of blogs will immediately disregard blogs that don’t give an ‘about’ page or post of some sort. I think you should make that love clear for others to see. Give yourself that proper chance! :D

My Opinion on;

Character in general: Damien is delighted to have their unofficial kid back, just gotta put that out there firstly. From personal experience, I quite enjoy seeing Yan on the dash again. They’re a character with the barest structure to start with, but it hasn’t deterred Niko from creating a kid that has an endearing personality, a potentially viscous side, and the ability to be a mayor’s unofficial m.anga sensei xDHow they play them: I’ve only had proper experience with the ‘distressed’ verse, with a glimpse into the main verse. Personally, I quite like the contrast between them, as it allows the exploration of the differing ways growing up in such an unstable household can affect a child.The Mun: Another good kid! Niko’s only just getting back into the swing of things, but it’s great to see them back in the scene. I just hope that in the attempt to catch up on what they missed, they aren’t pushing themselves too hard. Real life comes first, and be sure to take those breaks!

Overall Opinion: There’s good potential here. Having a muse that can be a range of ages has its benefits in being able to explore interactions and relationships that might normally be missed for whatever reason. Obviously, time will be needed to allow both mun and muse to find their footing again, but I am confident that it will happen.

My Opinion on;

Character in general: Admittedly, the blog and characters have had a major overhaul since I’ve last interacted with them, so I’m not completely. However! It’s impressive toHow they play them: Showing my age here, but I’ve seen Jay over the years in various iterations and fandoms. But he’s still got that charm to him after all that time. Peter really puts the love and detail into every muse they’ve ever written, and I’m delighted that this is a habit that has continued on.The Mun: Peter is a great kid. While we’ve never been super duper close, there’s always been a mutual respect along the way. I know they’ve been super busy with high school, and I hope they’ve been remembering to keep on top of their classes! :P

Do I:

RP with them: Not as much as I used to.Want to RP with them: Always. But school work comes first. :P

What is my;

Overall Opinion: I do think combining the M.arvel and B.NHA stories into one universe was a clever spin for both fandoms. It allows the chance to make the characters entirely unique and not overly relying on one fandom over the other, yet have a valid ‘in’ for both. I hope it all goes well for you! :D
