To the anon asking about psyc 1010 urpp and paper stream, you have to let your TA or Lecturer know after class or email (better option). I'm taking it online with jubis (I'm assuming you have her too) and she replies to her email quick. Make sure that you decide to do the paper stream option and maker sure you have your full name, student # and section so teacher knows who's doing what. Check the course syllabus on moodle. It should be there.

For my psych 1010 course there is a URPP thing we have to participate in for marks and I choice the paper stream but still have not heard anything back.... is this normal?? Or should I have received a article from them already? I’m just not sure when the assignment is meant to happen and be due by so I’m really worried I some how missed a dead like or something even tho I never received any further info... maybe they didn’t see my email??

Ask your professor before/after the class - they should be able to advise you of any deadlines and so on.

In URPP, if i attend the 0.5 credit research does that mean i have to attend more than 6 hours of it? Because it should be 1 credit per hour right

0.5 credit would equal to only 30 minutes of research, you need 3 hours of research each term and cannot do all 6 hours in one term.

how important is URPP? and what is it? do i just attend one hr research class or am i going to do a research in that one hour??

Did you go to the first lecture or even the second one for PSYC 1010? URPP is always explained in class.

URPP again I also didn't complete the prescreen survey. Does this mean I won't have any studies available to me?

The prescreen questionnaire just gives you access to a wide variety of studies and is used by researchers for pre-selection purposes. This does not mean that you will be prevented from doing any studies.

All the studies for URPP are gone! Is that normal! It's only the first week! Are there going to be more being added? What do I do I really needed that extra 4%

Yes that happens, more studies will keep showing up as the semester progresses. You still have ample time to get your 4% don't worry.
