G word problem

So I volunteer at an animal shelter and one of the longterm guests is named "gyp*y" shes so cute and vocal and beloved by the entire staff/volunteers. I'm new and I dont know how well received a comment about this might be, seeing as everyone knows and loves her with that name. At the same time, I would need to say something if a cat were named the n word. I know I need to say something it's just super awkward.

I am growing old

While I have always thought of myself as young at heart, seems like the times are not aligned with the heart. Reality hit hard when it was confirmed that i have to switch from my regular glasses, to multifocals that will help my reading as well.
