As the big fight between the Al-Qatala and Urzikstan Liberation Front draws near, NATO planning to move in to help ULF meanwhile Russia is silent because of the political chaos in the country.

I just posted a new story about Alex from 2019 Call of Duty Modern Warfare! I’d appreciate you taking the time to read it!
Urzikstan is not real, but we can still tell where it roughly would be based on context clues.
The Highway of Death
Modern Warfare (2019) has a mission tied to the highway of death. She said it was a highway that stretched through Urzikstan. It got the name during the Russian invasion of Urzikstan when the Russian forces bombed it while people were trying to flee.
"The Russians bombed it during the invasion, killing the people trying to escape.”
-Farah (MW 2019)
However, the Highway of Death is a real event in a real place. The highway stretched between Iran and Kuwait and in 1991, the United States military invaded the area while hunting Sadam Hussein. Over 2000 vehicles were stuck on the highway when arial bombings started.
White house officials claimed those who were killed in the attacks were all "torturers, looters and rapists", however most of the people present were civilians.
Just to clarify, the highway of death was not a Russian invasion of a fictional country. It was an American war crime that killed civilians.
Regardless, this pins down the location of Urzikstan to be either Iran or Kuwait
Russian Occupation
So, neither Iran nor Kuwait are currently occupied by Russia. In fact, the only countries occupied by Russia currently are Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine.
None of those match the geographic landscape of Urzikstan. All of them are much too far north. Also, with the two countries from the Highway of death, they do match geographically, but Iran hasn't been occupied by Russia since the 1940's and Kuwait has never been occupied by Russia. In modern times, both countries are actually allies with Russia.
Of course, it is a fictional country with fictional politics, so it doesn't need to be a 1 to 1 match.
The flag
The outline of the country can be seen in the flag which greatly resembles a cluster of countries, including Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabian, Yemen, Oman, etc.
Summary
It's literally just a cluster of the Middle East and can't really be brought down to any specific country.
Warzone Urzikstan First Match
This was a lot harder than BootCamp.
