Hound of heaven inbound. A ‘wolfie’ (C-146A Wolfhound) from the 524th Special Operations Squadron ‘Hounds of Heaven’ makes a quick visit. This squadron has a lineage that stretches back to 1941 in WW2 where it was first deployed to the Philippines. Since WW2, it has been in combat in major armed conflicts in both the European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific theatres operating various aircraft types.
