Raspi WIFI dongles and drivers
Attach dongle to raspi.
Run dmesg and check the chipset number or if you know the dongle model from the pack.
Below I have documented chipsets I have tried and links to driver installations.
RTL8188CUS - Driver installed by this script https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/80256631/install-rtl8188cus.sh
TPLINK WN725N - http://amythical.tumblr.com/post/119513461352/raspi-tplink-wn725n (Realtek 8188eu chipset)
COMFAST CF-WU8ION2 - same as TPLINK WN725n - http://amythical.tumblr.com/post/119513461352/raspi-tplink-wn725n (Realtek 8188eu chipset)
For most dongles the TPLINK installation should work as most have (Realtek 8188eu chipset), ofcourse there are exceptions for which you would have to then find a driver.
To find a driver 2 things are important - Plug in the dongle, run dmesg and get to know the chipset.
Run uname -a and find out the raspbian version
