The result of processing information fueled by imagination is creativity.

Like the residential experience, I see the process unfolding more clearly than the actual result. In other words, for me this experience is more about the process of working together, using design thinking strategies rather than the end product or presentation that we deliver. I think each member of our team will benefit from keeping the process at the forefront of every step we take, rather than thinking about the end goal or result. Without having some idea of where our research is going to steer the ideation, it’s hard to determine an accurate vision for success. With any group project, you’re only going to achieve as much as you invest into the project. Starting off on the right foot, coming up with a topic that we all agree will motivate us to move the needle and proceed to the next step in the problem solving process, is half the battle that we’ve already won.
