Clan Info

These are the main three clans of my lair

The Arcane Dragonians The Arcane Dragonians are the main clan, it is composed mostly of mages and assassins along with a few warriors and knights, they are a fierce clan dedicated to appeasing their celestial god by discovering all sorts of new magical concoctions and such. They are wary of a rising clan named Bone Collectors as they like to collect the bones of the dead and they would prefer to keep the remains of their dead so they may bury them on celestial soils. They have a clan leader that is the Arcane flight representor by the name of Autumnmoon but they also have a queen named Dracania and a king named Niar that they also serve and obey when their clan leader is busy with her second role as a mage.

The Bone Collectors The Bone Collectors are an opposing clan to the Arcane Dragonians since their main goals are to collect as many bones as they can to make into apparel along with decorating their clan base with. They are a small clan that is slowly rising in numbers so they do not have the dragon power to challenge the Arcane Dragonians but their ranks are slowly growing so it is only a matter of time. They are currently being led by the plague flight representor by the name of Nidhog, who’s ultimate goal for the clan is unknown.

Moonlight Circus You hear carnival music playing in the distance but it doesn't sound quiet right... even when you catch a glimpse of the dragons inside they look normal but something about them is unsettling. Despite that you feel yourself get drawn in by the music, perhaps you are just imagining things and there's nothing you should be concerned about.

The Solar System The universe works in mysterious ways and thus it's best not to question how the planets have taken on the forms of dragons, or why they are dragons in the first place. What you should do is wonder why they all still revolve around a sun.

Wanderers Wanderers are dragons that wander the lands that the clans have established themselves on, they do not have affiliations with either clan and only offer their goods and services in trade for goods, gold, gems, or other useful junk they may want.

Outsiders Outsiders are dragons not affiliated with either clan and not affiliated with anyone else either, they are ones that might be swayed to join either clan or perhaps they may grow so large they form their own clan, there is not a lot to know about them.

Flight Reps Representors for each of the flights that aren't sided with anyone. It should be noted that some flight reps have decided to be sided with clans or chosen a profession but the ones here have chosen to remain loyal to representing their flight and nothing else.

Pride Dragons Lore TBA

Plush Dragons When they are resting they could almost be mistaken for normal plushies, that is till they begin to wake and move about. It seems you've come across a small but incredibly cute pile of plush dragons!

TL;DR - Exercise is good for you, and a study found that it decreases your risk of colon cancer recurrence... which also implies that it might decrease your chances of getting some cancers from the start.

The study participants did aerobic exercises like jogging and brisk walking, so it wasn't anything crazy. But since downsides are that we don't know if this effect would be seen in other types of exercises (like strength training), or other types of cancer.
