Ok headcannon. It just hit me. If kakashi has a bad day like depression bad, gai calls and they end up hanging out. They might be rivals but he still cares. He understands and just tires to make kakashi be anything but sad. He hates seeing him sad.

 So I’m probably going to regret doing this but I’m posting my newest fic on here. It’s just something stupid I came up with. Please let me know what you think.

The hunt had gone badly.  The ghost had killed its target right as you lit the match to burn their bones. The grave had been hard to find and then they were buried deeper than they should have been. All three of you had been working as fast as you can but it wasn't fast enough. Now you weren't able to knock back the shots of patron fast enough. The boys had already gone back to their room here at the hot but you still couldn't get the sight of her dead body out of your head. She was only twenty two. She had done nothing wrong but the ghost was getting revenge on her brother. It was a sad tale all over. One you wanted to forget.

About fifteen shots in, someone new walked in. You were drunk, border lining plastered. You couldn't tell who it was even as they sat next to you. "Anything for you sir?" "Nah. Just came to talk to this honeybun." The bartender nodded and went back to cleaning glasses. You down shot sixteen and looked over. "Hi." "Hey sugar." The smile. It was so cute. It reminded you of your crush. You had run into him after seeing dean die once. The boys called him a trickster. He was pranking them hardcore. That was one reason he pulled you out of the loop. You had nothing to do with his revenge. A second part was that he didn't want to see you cry again. That was how you learned who the trickster really was and fell even harder for him. You were officially crushing on the angel Gabriel. You giggled then. "You smile like gabe..... So cute...." You heard them laugh and soon they got your hand. "Oh yeah? Well how about we see if I cuddle like him? Its one in the morning. You need to sleep." "Otay dean." You slipped free from your stool and left two hundred on the bar. You had no idea how much the tab was but assumed it would be covered by that. The man you thought was dean got you around the waist then and walked out with you. You had this dopey look on your face. He even smelled like gabe. "Hey what Cologne?" "Um some kind of axe. Why?" "You smell like Gabe..... So sweet. Great ass too.... Oh so fluffy...." You giggled then. "He's so perfect you know? Just the hair and eyes..... And his silly laugh.... Had to be a dick with wings tho.... But he no claim them. No.... They hurts him. Gabe got hurt by family.... Like me." You smiled then. It was something you shared. His family was falling apart in heaven. Yours had fallen apart. You didn't have anyone left because of it. The boys were your family and so was cas. "Oh hon I think he's alright with it.... Don't worry. He's found a better family." "I hope..... Maybe with demigods! Oh I bet if he had a Loki look it would be so hot.... So yummy." You giggled then and you heard them laugh. It was a perfect laugh to you. They got you down to your room and the door opened. You just went in freely and fell right onto the bed smiling. "H-hey..... I..... I think I love that feather head..... You know? He's just..... And those eyes..... He's perfect.... And always so sweet. Like he even tastes sweet..... And best hugs ever..... Not that yours.... Yours are good too Dean.... So good... But he.... He warmer." You giggled then getting a shoe off. They were doing something. You lost track of them when you started counting the reasons to love Gabe. You weren't meaning to say them outloud but you were. A few minutes later and you were curled up against them. It didn't even take five minutes before you were out. Your cuddle buddy waited until you were fully out and then slipped free leaving his travel shirt on a pillow so you could still smell him. He walked outside and knocked next door.  Dean answered the door and smiled. "Jacket worked?" "You know it. Thought it was you." Sam even smiled then. "We told you. How bad will it be tomorrow?" "Might want to stay in town for lunch." They nodded and smiled. "Going back for cuddles?" "Um hell yes." Gabriel laughed then and dean smiled. "See you tomorrow." "Gotcha." He handed over the leather jacket he borrowed and soon poofed himself back into your room. You were still out of it but it didn't stop him from kissing your cheek gently. He got comfy right by your side after that and kept an eye on you all night in case of anything. The next morning when you woke up feeling like death had given you a hug, you heard him laugh. Despite the pain and the gut wrenching, you sat up quickly and stared. Gabe was sitting crosslegged on the other bed laughing at Looney tunes. "Gabe....? The hell you doing here?" "Boys called me. We set up a little dare last night." "Last night....?" You tired to remember but then you smelt your own shirt. You smelled like a bar. "Oh fuck....." He smiled then and soon spun. Water and pain pills were in his hands. You gently took them and soon just hung your head. "Please tell me.... How bad was it?" "You think I'm yummy." You felt yourself go scarlet then. "Look um...."  You were going to bs it. There was no way after all. He couldn't love you back.

"I love you too." You stopped then and looked up. "What....?" "You told me last night. You think you love me and then named off several reasons why." "I thought you were dean! I wouldn't have...." You stopped then and soon sighed. "No.... I will. And I'm sober.... I.... I do love you.". Gabe smiled then and soon hopped over and hugged you. "I know. Cutie." You growled a bit then but he just smiled. You finally smiled back and soon hugged him. "So an angel huh?" "Yep. Or as you said. Feather head." You laughed a bit then and he smiled. "So go get a shower. Boys are up and found this awesome diner for breakfast!" "Oh god don't talk about food...." He laughed then and you hit his leg before hobbling into the bathroom. When you came out, he had changed clothes and you both walked out together holding hands on the way to the diner. Maybe bad hunts did have their purpose then.
