Based on the way my body works I have chosen to take extra time figuring out different ways to isolate in order to activate certain areas. I'm finding my @mamakuka straps to be quite helpful in this venture. This isn't about how most people seem to look at "need" for props, it is fairly obvious that I can hold my foot here, but by leaving extra space all around I am able to isolate in a more educational manner for my moment. What I'm sharing here has very little to do with hand to foot and very much to do with what my right shoulder & my left quads are doing. As some of my friends know I have been working with things in regards to my legs for going on two years now I think, we've gone all the way around them and it's been hard work. The way life has a tendency to mimic what's going on in the body in subtle and sometimes not so subtle ways is not lost on me. This goes both ways.
