#BackbendLab Day 11 #dhanurasana #bowpose Another one of my favorites 😻 One way of exploring this pose is entering from salambasana- bending the knees and grabbing the ankles. This is shown in the video at the end... 📝 📝 ✅If you can't reach your feet you can learn to use a long towel or strap, just be very mindful of the way you hold your prop as well as how it is effecting the neck and shoulders - especially if you are not going overhead. ✅If you are going overhead it's easier to use a very long loop to hook the feet- neck and shoulders should be stable for the most part once you figure out the shape- you will be able to however walk the hands down the strap towards the feet.
