Designing in VR | Sketching User Journeys

Creative VR tools, like Quill, allow designers to sketch spatial concepts at the same speed as doodling on paper. The added benefit of VR sketches is that the designer not only has a visualization of their ideas but also a 3D artifact that they may explore at scale.

线性可以清晰的表述单一逻辑下的传递过程。

环形可以表示单向服务/体验的循环过程。例如，服务后段的良好体验让我选择再次享受这项服务，或者服务后段的糟糕服务让我决定不再在此消费。

我之前一直认为触点只是交互点，是服务传递的地方。但是UXlady认为还包含痛点和乐点，意味着触点不仅描述服务的传递接触，还描述着情绪的传递和满意度。

This was an intensive pitch preparation, which was essentially the ux for the full site. It consisted of user journeys for 4 “types” of persona (emotional attitude towards browsing/ purchasing) as opposed to traditional personas - fast emotional, slow emotional, fast logical and slow logical - information architecture and production of existing sitemap with colour coding to show shift to new sitemap/ architecture and highlighting sequence of pages for each difference user journey, sketches and formal wireframes of most pages within the site, including the purchase journey on both desktop and mobile.
