I lurked a bit in the xkit discord to see if they intend to change the layout back (it looks like no at this point), and found some userscripts that help the dash feel less crowded!

Just install the Stylus extension and add the scripts in there! (how-to will follow in a reblog once Ive grabbed some screenshots!)

This one adds more spacing so the layout doesn't feel so squished:

You should remove the Stylish extension and use Stylus instead

Google and Mozilla have removed the Stylish browser extension from their respective add-on stores after the publication of a report [in July 2018] that accused the extension of logging users' browser histories and sending the data to remote servers. [...]

Stylish has been a wildly popular extension for many years because it allowed users to use custom "styles" for web pages, allowing users to tweak the look and feel of any website to their liking.

When news of the SimilarWeb acquisition became public in January 2017, the open-source community forked the old Stylish project into a new one called Stylus, which works like the old extension but without the data collection code. 

Stylus is currently available for Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.

I have userscripts installed to make this blue hellsite slightly more functional. I just switched to Stylus, so I had to track down scripts from userstyles.org. These are my favs:

During my absence, I received a lot of submissions. The first one is from KageTheOkami, titled “Fire Dynasty Chroma”. “This color scheme/style requires the Fire palette. Primary: E17  |  Secondary: E1  |  Tertiary: B5  I  Accents: A5  |  Energy: E9 Any attachments I’m using? Just a Edo chest plate & Chroma Dynasty wings—copy main colors. Any syandana I’m using? Centuria Towsun syandana—copy attachment colors. Any regalia I’m using? Ki'Teer Sekhara for left & right emblem, and the Rebellion sigil in no additional color, but in default properties for front sigil (any syndicate sigils work, but I prefer the Rebellion sigil for this look).” The next few photos are from @ha-hahaha-ha-tower-knight. “Here’s some shots of Horus Inaros in Rainfall Fog! The new skin looks fantastic.”

@lightbuckthegamer submitted the next three shots of their Excalibur.

@sharkybonmurders submitted the Chroma captura photo. “I enjoy making colorings for fun when I’m not running Kuva. :D Using the colors for Scorched Steel, Chroma Deluxe Skin, and my Zaw Belial using the same colors.”

The final photo is from @chillbot17. “Thought I’d share my Vauban Prime. What do you think of it?” Personally, this color scheme is pretty good.

@hellyeahhale also submitted a photo of their own. “Saryn Prime in Sunlight Paladin with Lesion and accessorizing with a (barely noticeable) Vanquished syandana. “I really loved this colour scheme and had to immediately try it out!”

@ha-hahaha-ha-tower-knight sent in a lot of photos this week. They had a lot to say about their submissions.

“Here’s Mirage in Porcelain Blue wearing the Morgaine skin, Avia chest, Solstice Daedalus leg plates, and the Hecate syandana. Her arsenal includes the Braton Prime with the Kintsugi skin and the Gazal Machete.”

“An anon asked about Nidus colourations and I’ve experimented with him a couple times. He looks really good in Bioluminent!” “Here’s another set I came up with on my own called ‘Broodlord’. I kinda stared at Infested enemies in the codex for Nidus, the Brood Mother being the main inspiration for this one. The Embolist armor set looks good on him, as well as the Apoxys syandana.”

For this user submission feature, I received many great photos. The first one is from @thatonefemaletitan. “Thanks for the inspiration for this palette; worked off of Midnight Strike! XD”

The second and third submissions are from @ha-hahaha-ha-tower-knight. “Here’s Frost Harka in Midnight Strike, using the Solstice skin for the Burston Prime and Scindo Prime, as well as the Eos Prime armor set and Pakal syandana.” ”Valkyr Prime is the newest edition to the GLoW club.” They submitted a lot of different Warframes in A Glass of Wine, so I picked my top two favorites for this feature.

I buy a ton of music and I like being able to determine which items on a bandcamp discography page are albums at a glance. if you use bandcamp and have stylus or some other custom css tool, this stylesheet might be useful to you too!
