To say I'm obsessed with this story would be an understatement and when I'm obsessed with a story, I have to make graphics for it. I was inspired by those old orange Penguin classics but decided to put my own twist on it.

Part 5 of my "Penguin Modern Classics"/stories that live rent free in my head series. I was hoping to have these done in time for Mother's Day since both stories focus on Syd being a mom but time got away with me. So here they are a couple days later than planned.

Part 3 in my poster" (or book cover) in my favorite Syd & Carmy fan fiction edits series. I love stories with magic and magical realism stories. Alice Hoffman and Sarah Addison Allen are two of my favorite writers, so I really enjoyed this particular story because it hit all those beats.

Been working on this forever, it's been through many variations. I finally finished it on Tuesday, so here ya go. Part 6 in my fan fiction "posters" series (since I don't have Photoshop anymore and can't make book covers).

This was inspired by conversations with sutherlins about sunrises and happy endings.
