antescript: i haven't decently read a book, for my own pleasure, in a very long time. i'm not proud of that. these are also in no particular order
the night circus (erin morgenstern) : while maybe not as powerful as the other books, i just loved this author's usage of words and vivid imagination. i think this book especially just keeps the child inside me sated and happy. it's good to delve into your imagination.
unbroken (lauren hillenbrand) : powerful, stunning, but also just really inspiring. i don't have much to say about this book. it speaks for itself.

harry potter (jk rowling) : books 1-7! i know every english teacher cringes when i place this on my favourites but man, this was my childhood. i fucking love harry potter and nobody can make me think otherwise.
warrior cats (erin hunter) : i'm really glad i never really got past the first series, but yeah. echoing anne, this shit got me into rpgs. i'm not sure if that makes me proud or what.

Well uh we don't have Dr. Pepper in Singapore? I had to google and try to gauge the size and I think I'm completely wrong but wow i dont know a couple hundred? thousand? ughhh I'm rubbish at estimating stuff OTL
Do you think there is life after death? Like, do you believe that we go somewhere after we die? Do we go to heaven or hell or whatever? Do we turn into weird looking souls and become weapons of gods who charge 5 yen for their services? Do we turn into giant brainless shitmongers who kick walls and eat people?
The way I see it, nobody really knows whether there is life after death. That isn't to say that there isn't life after death, though. I don't know about whether heaven or hell exists, though if I'd like to simplify everything, I'd like to believe it exists, because then things would be so easy to understand. However, my rationale is this. Let's look at life before birth. Life before birth is when you're nothing, and all of a sudden your mom gets pregnant with you and you become a life. You have no memories whatsoever of what happened. Does that mean you existed before, or were you created? Were you created or were you already an existence floating around? That means I'd have to define "life". What is life? To simply everything (again), I was thinking about determining it as something with a set of memories. With that logic, a goldfish relives it's life every few seconds. Humans who have lost their memory will become a whole new person (essentially, they can't ever become the person they were). Now if we apply it to this question... Life after death? It probably doesn't exist. It's the same as life before birth, where you have no memories whatsoever and it's pretty much emptiness. You didn't exist. That's the reality of it. After you die? You'll have no memories, you'll cease to exist. So life after death? Depending on how you define and look at life, you can get an answer of your own. Mine is that there isn't life after death.
And that is one long paragraph I have written there.

I don't actually want to exchange bodies with anyone because even if I did I WOULD STILL BE ME AND WHOA???? I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT PERSON'S LIFESTYLE how terrifying would it be to become someone and not know how to deal with everything?? Imagine saying hi to your body's friend and you don't know how to react do you brofist do you punch them do you hug them do you kiss them do you flirt are you supposed to get mad at something happened the day before when you were still in your original body???
other than that... well it would be fun experiencing what a good singer's life would be like? I can't sing for shit LOL but it would be fun to have a good voice and actually sing (somehow magically hopefully it happens) hahah and sing great stuff

Well how do you know whether something is real? You probably use your five senses, which are things that are what your brain controls. What if your brain is making see, taste, smell, touch and hear things that don't exist? What if nothing is real? But then that wouldn't make sense, because other people around you technically do feel and see whatever you do in order to interact with you. Maybe they're living in a reality slightly different from ours, because we can't know for sure what other people are seeing, but that would mean we all have similar brains in order to experience the same things?? So I don't really think this is true? We need similar brains so I sort of think everything is real. BUT THEN WHAT IS REAL? And then my brain starts hurting and things get dumb and thennnnn I give up. :)

The world is about to end due to the abuse our ecosystem had suffered because of humans, and the admin of the earth wishes to prevent this by eliminating half of the human population. Because you are extremely important and beautiful and great, the admin wishes that you stay alive and makes you choose between the two: to be the only member of your gender in a world where only the opposite gender exists, or to be in a world where the only people are those of your gender?
Either one is terrible? But I'd choose to be in the one where there's only my gender there. I wonder if gender stereotypes and all are still there at that point? It should right?
