These bands open my heart into a new genre. Definitely music to my ears. It was my first time hearing their songs during the concert and I fell in love with it. Hands down to Filipino indie rock music!

December 16, 2016 PASKUHAN "LA LUNA" University of Sto. Tomas Manila, Philippines Hands down to this awesome band, LA LUNA, from UST College of Fine Arts and Design! It was actually my first time to fall in love with a band during their live performance. It was hella clean! I love how the bass blends. I love how they play and the melody of their song is just very soothing. Really looking forward to this band to play on larger stage and in front of a larger crowd. I hope they keep on making music.

December 16, 2016 PASKUHAN University of Sto. Tomas Manila, Philippines UST Paskuhan is one of my most awaited events every year! Last year's Paskuhan was more creative and had a lot of different Christmas decors and lights, and today's Paskuhan looks more like a recycled ones, but still the whole university is picturesque! I usually spend this event with a group of friends, but this year is different. Since my batchmates and I have already graduated last June, as alumni, most of us didn't feel obliged to attend the school's event 😂 Most of them were already in their province, and some attended to other parties outside 😂 I went to the Paskuhan with one of my best friends in college, Trisha Suaco 😊 I was so ecstatic to spend this with her! Whenever we're together, some people/students mistakenly thought of us as freshmen students hahaha!! Do we really look that young? Hahaha #flattered 😂 Usually, concerts are held at the UST Grandstand. Last year, it was the first time of the performers/artists to play on stage at Quadricentennial Pavilion (outside court). The venue was too small for us!! Really!! But hey, luckily, my friends and I have fought our way to the stage as near as possible 😂 Got used to a huge crowd because of attending a lot of concerts though 😉 Anyway, this year, the artists performed inside the Quadricentennial Pavilion (inside court). The UST Production Team fears the possibility of raining that's why they decided to move the venue indoor. But I still think that it's better to hold concerts at the Grandtstand despite the rain. Everybody wants to get wet and wild at some point, ayt? That'll be more fun and exciting!! 😏😂 At 8PM, Trisha and I left the Quadricentennial Pavilion to get some light dinner at the food stands and wait for the fireworks. The fireworks should start at 9PM, but because of the "Filipino time," it started 30-40 minutes late 🙄 I feel disappointed at the fireworks though 😞 It wasn't that grand compared to the past years 😔 Rain continued to pour, and Trisha and I parted ways. I decided to go back to the dorm to get my umbrella, and head straight to Trish, my blockmate's house, to get drunk HAHAHA It's like a tradition for my block to go to her house and chill and drink during Paskuhan. Unfortunately, there was a brownout!!! The elevator wasn't working and there was no light in the emergency exit in our condo. So basically, I got sticked in my unit. My blockmates for looking for me but really, I couldn't go down the building 😰😂 It's my first time to miss this chilling and drinking moments with my block 😭 Anyway, this whole Paskuhan event was a lot of fun! I didn't regret going here 😋❤️

Paskuhan 2014

A very enchanting night with my friends! I had so much fun and I'm really happy to be able to attend this kind of activity with adorable pipz! The best part of the program is the 6-minute fireworks display. It's really wonderful and it gave me that crazy enchanting feeling!!! It's really exhausting, but it's all worth it. Now, I can't wait for the next Paskuhan :D
