President Clark Left Washington To Commemorate D-Day Invasion In Normandy
President Clark this morning aboard Air Force One in Andrews Air Force Base to visit Normandy for a 77th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, and pay tribute to american and allied forces who led the invasion of Nazi-occupied France that was the turning point in World War II. President Clark will meet world leaders including President of French Republic Alain Jospin and Prime Minister of UK Margaret Rose. Tomorrow President Clark will gives a speech in freedom altar at the normandy american cemetery.
Before the flight The White House Press released photo of President Clark taking picture with American D-Day veteran that will join the flight with President Clark in Air Force One to normandy. Inside The Air Force One President Clark refuses to answer some media question about his Clean America progress and saying that this is not the right time to talk about it.
