The echoing caverns of Waterfall. A place of tranquility and reflection, serenaded by the rivering currents veining throughout the bridge between Snowdin and Hotland. A calming silence beyond that bred an air of serenity free of hostility and chaos. The dwellers of this land scarce know of discord or conflict

For now, at least.

The sound of footsteps soon began to mingle with the water underfoot. Every step bounced back to their origin from the cavern walls, lit dimly by the starlike lights adorning the ceiling above.

Instead, it came forth from his chest, A purple dim glow, as soon after he had felt his hands clutch something, a spectral heart, the embodiment of his very being.

The soul was purple, the PERSEVERANCE soul, But yet something was off, its light was dimmed. while most gave off a bright radiance this has a dimmer glow, similar to a lantern almost exhausted of oil.
