The echoing caverns of Waterfall. A place of tranquility and reflection, serenaded by the rivering currents veining throughout the bridge between Snowdin and Hotland. A calming silence beyond that bred an air of serenity free of hostility and chaos. The dwellers of this land scarce know of discord or conflict

The sound of footsteps soon began to mingle with the water underfoot. Every step bounced back to their origin from the cavern walls, lit dimly by the starlike lights adorning the ceiling above.

As soon as Red had uttered those exact words came the sudden springing up of a shadow by John’s side, whom both shared the same reaction.

“WhAT?!”

There was a brief pause as the two looked to each other before Joe snatches the pin away, causing John to flinch. As the shadow held the pin aloft and near his face.

“We’ll be right there. Sit tight!”

John had no ill will to complain, although it was rude sure but priorities were more important. As Joe handed it back, there was a moment of absolute relief coming from the shadow.

“No time to screw around John, we’re gonna head on over there.”

“Right!”

“...But, don’t you want to use the shadow door if anything?”

“...Nah, we’re close to Snowdin. We’re gonna have to keep in contact with Red.”

Though, as the two discussed there plans, it was clear they were still focusing on the call but nonetheless, they were making post-haste towards their destination.
