I wanted to do a cell shaded look but the coloring always ends up looking very blended lol I don’t like the blue/red ... the eyes don’t rly look like Ame, but obviously happy that I’ve improved somewhat after 8ish years

On my main account, I have the colored version of this! I thought the sketch looked cute but after importing it into SAI, I realized how many anatomy mistakes it had haha something about it makes me like the sketch better tho
Paper Hearts first 2 pages! I’ve already learned a few more things like how to resize the panels and working at a bigger res so the lines are smoother lol Inconsistent, but that’s what it takes to improve c:

I promised someone that she could read it first, but here it is for you all to ~see~ weeps, I hope to improve a bunch. This was my first time using Manga Studio 4-- kinda tricky to learn, but I really like the effects and tools! Next page coming soon hopefully?
Playing around with values and stuff -o-/ (it started off just gray-scale, but then my gf and I had an interesting discussion on how the mood of the piece changes when I threw on some color overlays... )
