If not, it's kind of a parody of how shitty trailers are towards comedy movies- or action movies. OR ANY MOVIE with that "reaction" shtick where something happens in the movie, and they plug a reaction from a different part of the movie where they're like "YOU KNOW DAS RIGHT!" or a character laughing or- in the case of the movie Grown Ups 2- a kid saying "Oooh- das cowd" (in child lisp). So that's the joke.
