Chain of Fools

As the second Arrancar born from the Hougyoku, it went without saying that Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez was familiar with the workings in Las Noches. Fellow Arrancars, ranked according to their strength, were assigned duties that were well-suited to their level of power. Those who amounted to nothing more than extremely lowly Numeros were given tasks that consisted of daily maintenance duties; cooking, cleaning and repairing, for example.
Those who possessed a higher level of power were assigned missions. The most common of the lot had to do with recruiting new soldiers. For this procedure, they were required to work in pairs, and seeing that they were just about full up on weaker-classed Hollows, Aizen had decided to move them forward by ordering a search for those who were Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde-class.
This time around, Grimmjow had been tacked to work with the new kid.
A puny son of a bitch that, he noted bitterly, was already ranked two seats above him. This, despite how recently the bastard had arrived.
Not a word out of him and already Grimmjow wanted to wring his scrawny little neck. The newly appointed Cuatro had better not be a pain in the ass; save for his Fraccion, Grimmjow wasn’t exactly one for teamwork as it was.
A curt nod when he caught sight of the gloomy Espada, the disgruntled Sexta removing his back from against the wall. At least the asshole showed up.
“Yo. It’s Ulquiorra, ain’t it? Hurry up and get your ass in gear. I’m not waiting for you all day.”
It's about the money money money.
I'm not even sure if we're experiencing financial scarcity or just an absolute selfishness of the folks here. Ugh. It's really pissing me off.
Our dreams, wants and needs are being ignored at times. I mean... the heck! We want to be successful. But srsly? What's wrong with you guys? I won't let any of our aspirations turn out into a dull nothingness; only if I could do something about this. But apparently, the future seems so bleak for us this time. It's not too late yet, and I wish for a change of their state of mind, particularly awareness regarding our progress to be a successful persons.
Puh-leaseee.
