We won’t actually play out the Hunger Games. At the beginning of the Season Change of Summer, we will open the next year’s Victor to be posted for applications. At that time, it will be a first come, first serve basis on who gets the slot as they apply for it. So, as it stands now, the 97th Hunger Games Victor slot will open sometime around January 4th through the 11th and each Victor year after that will open every four months as the in-character year cycles.
