Research says..when learning is hands-on and active,the formation of neural connections is facilitated and information is much more readily remembered. As part of my work at @uwezakenya I try so much to blend in art and crafts together with life skills and mentorship sessions with the girls that I mentor. Last Sunday we did bead work (a hands-on activity)as they learnt how to make keyholders from beads.
