Because your request was a tad broad, it leaved me a bit blank on ideas, so I divided it into 5 categories with a headcanon each. A fluff/flirting hcn, their love language, Domesticity/ living together, some random SFW hcn and another spicy one. Hope you enjoy <3

Flirting and Fluff: Flirts, flirts, flirts. I wouldn't call it words of affirmation, but this man is dropping cheesy one-liners like it’s his first language. It doesn't matter if you've been together for 10 minutes or ten years; he will still hit you with a “Did it hurt when you fell from the sky?” like he invented the line.
Love language: Physical touch all the waaaaay. Shameless, instinctive, constant. An arm around your shoulders, a hand resting on the hollow of your back, hugs from behind out of nowhere. He doesn't overthink it. If he wants you close, he makes it happen.
Domesticity/ living together hcn: Messy, chaotic, but lively. If you are laid-back like him, you'll mesh perfectly; if you are a neat freak, brace yourself. Living with Dante feels like dating your best friend: dishes in the sink, clothes everywhere, but also gossip in the dark, laughing nonstop and music blaring while you cook together.
Random SFW hcn: The type of man who loves showering with you. You’ll be halfway through when he barges in with zero warning. Sometimes it turns into something more, sometimes he just wants to be in the steam with you, murmuring nonsense of “To save on water bills” while the bastard hogs all the hot water.
Random NSFW hcn: All about quickies. He prefers multiple short rounds of heat over one long, drawn-out session. Plus, he recovers fairly quickly, give the man 15 minutes and he'll be as good as new for another round.
Vergil
Flirting and fluff: Doesn't flirt, at least not in the conventional sense. But once every full moon, he’ll drop a line so devastatingly sincere it leaves you wrecked for days. A cool, offhand whisper to your ear. “No one could ever compare to you.” He says it like it's nothing, but it leaves you rattled.
Love language: I'd say quality time first and acts of service second. This man's idea of love is sitting next to each other on a quiet afternoon, reading a book, and just enjoying each other's intimate silence and presence. His affection is understated but heavy with intent.
Domesticity/ living together hcn: Amazing listener and impeccable at respecting boundaries. And he expects his to be respected in return. If you are the type of person with many quirks, rituals, or specific ways of doing things, he notices and adapts. The kind of partner who remembers exactly how you take your tea or which side of the bed you prefer, without ever needing to be told twice.
Random SFW hcn: It is not big on PDA, not at all; it is just not his style. But he is always there, close and at your side. He might not be big on hand-holding or kissing, but he is always making sure you are safe, like your very own warden dog.
Extra: Unrelated to the previous hcn, but Vergil romantically, to me, feels very Darcy Fitzwilliam coded. Awkward, prideful and looks intimidating, but it's only a socially inept nerd. But underneath it all, burning with intensity, there is a man who yearns with a passion.
Random NSFW hcn: I feel that he is the most likely of the cast to practice Shibari. The only one who is patient and precise enough to actually study and master the craft and learn the intricate knot designs.
Another Extra because I can: Because, to me, this is a hard and set in stone dominant man, many would assume he could only be into “obedient”/ “Good” subs, but I think he would also be into Bratty subs too.
I think Vergil is the type that loves to be challenged and would prefer to "fight"/“force” his partner into submission rather than having them automatically submit.
Nero
Flirting and fluff: Blunt, awkward, and completely transparent. His flirting is 80% banter, 20% him blurting something heartfelt and then going red about it. You could tease him, and he will deny it, but secretly, he means every word.

Whenever you’re working on something, he’ll just come sit nearby, fidgeting with his Devil Breaker or scrolling through his phone. Sometimes he doesn't say much; he just wants you near.
Domesticity/ living together hcn: Very college roommate lifestyle meets part-time mechanic. Tools, jackets, and devil breakers parts are left around, but he tries to keep the shared spaces neat for your sake. Living with Nero feels like building a home with your bestie; clumsy and vivacious, there might be clashes here and there, but little by little, you two could end up building a house, one small victory at a time.
Random SFW hcn: He loves taking dumb, candid photos of you. Mid-bite, mid-yawn, hair a mess, all catalogued in his phone. If you catch him, he’ll laugh and say, “What? You’re cute all the time, deal with it.”
Random NSFW hcn: Loud, impatient, and intense. Nero is energetic, messy and passionate, and he likes sex that way. Often forgetting the concept of pacing. He's all teeth, groans, and nails running on his back, completely unable to hide how undone you make him. He might have ripped a shirt or a bra in the heat of the moment.
V
Flirting and fluff: To me, V is way more flirty than he appears to be. Much better with words than his counterpart, Vergil. His style is rather subtle, lowkey, delivered with a calm cadence and a little bit of mischief. Every compliment sounds intentional and like an eulogy.
Love language: Similarly, words of affirmation are his love language. He not only loves to give it but also to receive it. He would casually drop things like “You’ve done well”, “I am proud of you”, or “There is no one I would rather have by my side.”. He doesn't flatter; his words carry weight because he only speaks when he intends to.
Domesticity/ living together hcn: Surprisingly quiet and low-maintenance. He keeps to routines and doesn’t clutter your space. Honestly, what is more bothersome is having to deal with Griffon and a giant ass panther chilling in the living room. (idk how you're gonna explain that one to the landlord, my friend)
Random SFW hcn: I think he is the kind of person who likes to sketch a lot, might absentmindedly draw you on the margins of his journals.
Random NSFW hcn: If you have a praise kink, you found your man. Lots of verbal intimacy and eye contact combo: “Stay with me. You’re doing so well. Look at me.”
Lady

Living with her must feel steady and quiet. Lots of movie nights and chilling with a beer so she can ground herself after hunts.

So, after some contemplation, I think she is a “Partner-dependent switch”, meaning that she can be fully dom with one person or fully sub with another, but never a full-on switch with the same partner.

I wanted to draw something thoughtful with V from Devil May Cry 5 for quite a long time. So finally yeah.

While I was drawing this fanart, I was listening to the song "Woodkid - Enemy" and some lyrics from it strongly associated with V and in general with Vergil. Personally it was super inspiring. I noticed that many of my favorite songs are associated with DMC lol
