just spent the early morning just milling around and being cozy and taking care of myself and i think im finally getting the hang of this whole self care thing. its about bringing enjoyment to the mundane. i cooked breakfast in the quiet and watched a favorite streamer play a favorite game, took my med, and now im enjoying coffee and soon i’ll shower and prolly do a hair mask so my hair feels less icky. i go hand in the last of my paperwork today at work too, so hopefully after this I’ll get my schedule :>

I’m sorry, he’s and old man. >> He’s had problems sleeping for years, so, yeah, essentially when he doesn’t spend half of his night on paperwork or just fighting off nervous energy he’s very happy sleeping. But, well, assuming that was off the picture, something solitary or private, either enjoying his garden, or taking a long bath, or meditating, or being with his lover. He doesn’t mind lounges or parties, but it usually takes him some soft to mild drugs or alcohol to truly enjoy those. He likes the melding feeling, how it interacts with his Force empathy towards the “partying” vibes, how it sharpens and dilutes his perception both. Also why he went to orgies at times.

Stalking, studying. Walking the night, easily moving from shadow to shadow as second skin, watching life pass when people are at their weakest. The cold air, the faint lights, the echos, the time passing like raindrops on glass. This feeling of not-belonging that took a whole new sense in the darkness, a freak among freaks.
