♯- Something that gets your muse angry
For Greed, what pisses him off the most is when a person has something of completely irreplaceable value- and they remorselessly destroy it instead of treasuring it. This can apply to anything- a squandered gift from someone that found the object important and gave it as a show of faith, or a treasured person being completely mistreated by those whom they trust.
It’s just something he cannot stand, and if he notices it happen to or because of someone close to him, he feels a very strong need to get involved. His instant thought is “Those idiots don’t realize the value of what they’re so carelessly tossing aside!”
As for Shiro, it would have to be is watching people- civilizations, races, individuals- and their communities mistreating and villainizing the next generation. “Stop, they are not monsters- you’re just afraid of their potential!”
This is in fact Shiro’s noblest reason for his gravest crimes- as dragons and their mixed-blooded descendants, who have such potential- are being outright murdered in the entirety of the thousand years or so he’s lived since his country’s founding. He doesn’t remember it as he was hibernating for at least half that time period and has retrograde amnesia because of it, but he was once one of the Five founders of Nijiryuu- and of the dragon race as a whole. Even the country’s forgotten their own lore, because the War wiped out most of the country’s races and their ancient people, with only mere religious tales traded orally among the elves- of the Five Great Dragons. Amaterasu, Shiro, Ryota, Don’yoku and Ao’sora. He does not remember it, but there was a reason that Shiro was known in the Five as the dragon of all forms of art, language and the protector of the weak. During the war, he became the dragon representing wrath and retribution.
There are very few people that Shiro values above the world he wishes to change, but if someone were to touch a hair or scale of one of those few- may their death be swift- because they’re dead either way.
❣- What calms your muse down?
Barring the if what pissed him off was the above- Greed really likes either petting any kind of fur- or lots of alcohol and shenanigans with a friend to make him forget about the whole thing for a while.
Barring the last part of the previous section for Shiro, give him a hot cup of chamomile tea and either a book or a tale of yours to tell- and you’ll distract him quick enough. He also feels really comfortable with heights that would scare anyone else- like sitting on the roof of a really tall building with nothing but the wind and sky around him. If he doesn’t go to a friend first, those kind of places are where you will find him if what set him off was anger and not sadness.
